RIP.ie is widely used and is Ireland’s largest search directory for Death Announcements. You can attach a picture of your loved one, on this service.

Local Radio
Local Radio stations like MidWest or Galway Bay fm are used extensively to announce deaths . These announcements on MWR go out three times a day, Monday to Friday at 8:02am, 10:02am and 5:35pm. Saturday 8am, 9:45am and 5:01pm. Sunday 8:04am, 9:45am and 5:01pm.
